Darwin port's a bit like covid imo; no one really knows wtf is going on with regard to ownership ( corrections welcome).
Offtakes: Li currently on the rise & supply squeeze predictions imo there's a lot of hard ball being played behind the scenes & "hairy" may well be right on the money as mr plough has indicated. CXO are nurturing the waigo steak stake of the Li market, find some more & we're the black caviare of all black caviare's.
