Only thought about this today but I think I have a theory behind the push out to Feb.. in the IT industry there have been a crap load of RFT/RFP's come out over the last few month of which I have no doubt Tesserent may be a player in for the security services. I would not be surprised if the delay on the IPO was so that they could release some positive announcements immediately after their listing to further boost share price...
