PerSeus123 - It's good to have a discussion about TNT's valuation, as it grows
rapidly as a company. I'm just wondering how shareholders can make an informed
decision about when TNT emerges from being a collection of smaller companies
to a single entity, as you've suggested. How can we gauge this ? I see the key
information is the cross-sales % , the revenue and the EBITDA. There's no other
information that shareholders have access to. If the TNT satellites are working
together effectively, these numbers will continue their upward trend for a few
successive quarters. Maybe cross-sales should be 20-30% as a guess ?
If paying customers are signing up, the company and products must be OK.
The start time on consolidation of the acquisitions is going to potentially get re-set
in the minds of some shareholders every time TNT announce a new acquisition,
so it's worth thinking about. I note that it has now been more than a year since
the first set of acquisitions was announced (Pure + Rivium + North).
All IMHO, DYOR
