I received an email advising of an announcement from Tesserent but the announcement no where to be seen on market Commsec or HC?

    Good morning,
I'd like to share with you the Press Release we've issued this morning regarding the recent Federal Budget cybersecurity investment announcement:
TESSERENT WELCOMES FEDERAL BUDGET $9.9 BILLION INJECTION INTO AUSTRALIA’S OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE CYBER CAPABILITIES
The 2022-23 Federal Budget includes the biggest ever investment in Australia’s cybersecurity and intelligence, with a $9.9 billion 10-year Resilience, Effects, Defence, Space, Intelligence, Cyber and Enablers (REDSPICE) package, designed to address the threat from the increasing cyberwarfare capabilities of potential adversaries, locally and globally.
“Tesserent (ASX:TNT), Australia’s largest ASX-listed sovereign full-service cybersecurity provider, welcomes the Federal Government’s REDSPICE cybersecurity budget announcement as an important investment in Australia’s security. Tesserent looks forward to deepening our ongoing partnership with all levels of government in Australia and providing further support to the private sector in the uplift of all organisations’ cybersecurity defences.” Says Mr Kurt Hansen, CEO, Tesserent.
Tesserent, including the services of Canberra based Tesserent companies Seer Security, Pearson, Claricent and north Security, is the largest provider of cybersecurity services in the Federal Government market, to not only the Department of Defence but to over 100 State and Federal Government agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
Tesserent’s skills and services in defence cybersecurity are validated by our 100% coverage of the matrix of capabilities outlined in the Australian Defence Cyber Industry Capability Report, Austrade, February 2020. Tesserent is one of few Australian companies that is able to demonstrate capabilities against every one of the identified cybersecurity categories. In addition, Tesserent company north Security has been selected for inclusion in the Australian Defence Sales Catalogue 2022 as an accredited ICT and Cyber provider.
“A key objective of this budget is to significantly enhance the offensive and defensive cyber and intelligence capabilities of the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). With $5 billion earmarked by the ASD for industry partnerships, Tesserent looks forward to supporting the ASD to meet this objective, and to further grow the services Tesserent currently provides Government, including cybersecurity consulting, testing, training and bespoke tools” says Mr Hansen.
Tesserent is also helping to promote Australian capability to US government, industry and partners via its subsidiary Seer Security, as a part of Team Defence Australia at the upcoming US Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) cyber conference, TechNet Cyber 2022. Seer Security specialise in security research and software development, building security focused software for government and enterprise clients.
We also welcome tax incentives offered in this budget to smaller businesses, providing them the opportunity to adopt enterprise-grade cybersecurity to ensure protection of their assets, and the continuity of their businesses. We will continue to work with our partners to develop easy to access cybersecurity solutions for eligible businesses in this growing mid-market.
Tesserent is well positioned as a current partner to the Australian and New Zealand Governments in the protection of our region’s critical infrastructure, digital assets, and our communities. This budget provides Tesserent with a clear opportunity to further this relationship.
    Regards
    Alex Belcher
    Head of Marketing, Tesserent
