You are right. I admit I am speculating as we do not have the information, but in my experience such a big move would be unlikely not to trigger something in a debt facility- maybe DSH don't have market based covenants, but again in my opinion that would be unusual but not impossible.
Part of the issue is that management have actually been uncommunicative with a large number of questions that could do with clarification.
