You know Deltra, it wouldnt surprise me it the buyer who buys every minute, or there abouts, one minute if it is 200 shares and if he buys less, the time seems less. But, I really think that is his big sell, and he is waiting for someone else to dump.
Otherwise, why didnt he just buy the shares on market.
