    So what is the general gist here of opinion on taking up the rights offer. I dont have many shares and now Im in two minds. If MST get taken over by a share majority is one scenario or even worse by defualt on the loan if they cant repay the debt so it doesnt seem as its good for the ordianary shareholder.
