    Thats the way I read it too Giddy up . I agree with your
    comment the Police Force interest (contracts)could be a while off.
    What the heck is going on with Colt evaluation anyway how long should it take.
    I dont have many shares now , I bought back in after selling at a substantial loss about 3.5 years ago.
    Im one of many it seems that dont seem to let go of this crazy stock.
