Well, after last night's big fall in the US, many stocks will be in the red today, including BLY no doubt.
A key test of BLY's price trend in the very short term will be whether it closes at or above 37.5 today. Of course we dont know whether there will be sustained pressure if the downward market move is more than just inter-day volatility related to US results announcements day to day or whether its a downtrend - that will be weighing on the minds of most traders and may dampen any bargain-hunting buying support in response to the inevitable panic selling.
The longer term test will of course be when 2009 results and 2010 outlook/guidance are announced at the end of Feb.
