It looks as if the medium sized sellers have drawn a line in the sand at about 10.5c and are not prepared to sell below that figure - why would they, when for the sake of a week or two they could get a lot more. Let's hope it stays that way anyway, for we don't really want to have to claw the SP back up from 9c or below.
On another matter, can anyone tell me if I'm right in thinking that the current tungsten price is around $330 per tonne, and also that VML have around 70,000t in the ground? If this is anything like right it equates to only $23M, which would be far short of the cost of building a processing plant. I should imagine the price of tungsten would need to be over $1,000/t before it was even worth considering development. As the company has said they are monitoring things with a view to pressing the 'go' button I must be in error somewhere. Any feedback and information greatly appreciated.
