CC doesn't post charts he only posts words, in fact I never recall seeing him post one.
After he buys he will tell you and he will also tell you "it will go up and PEN looks good", and will continue to until he sells.
When he sells he will tell you and he will also tell you "it will go down and PEN looks "overbought" or "toppy" or "outside bollinger bands" like he he did last time (as PEN went up), and will continue to until he buys again.
