If the drug kits are worth the same price as the drugs, wouldn't it be better to have drug companies produce the drugs. Then they are controlled and can give guidance on the drugs, takes money away from dug dealers, and dug companies as a company pay tax.
I do not condone the public paying for the test kits. Test kits should be payed by the user. User pays.
