Hi,
Password and email changes are all in your account settings at top right of page.
There's a drop down menu in your small avatar box to the right of the Twitter logo.
Choose - account settings - 3rd one down in the menu.
A lot of other preferences and privacy settings can be made in pages there too.

I would like to remove a post I’ve made.
To have posts removed, you click 'report' on them and ask moderators to remove them at your own request.

I’ve hidden my left toolbar with losers and gainers. How do I get it back?
There's a chevron/arrow to click just under the H of HotCopper that will bring it back, or you can log out and back in again.

Edit Post:
The edit function is only there for 3 minutes for quick edits for a spelling mistake etc. (legal reasons)
During that 3 minutes there is a button 'edit' on your post alongside report and reply etc.
If you need or want to make changes after that time, you can reply to the post and add corrections, so the thread remains in order.
If really necessary, you can click 'report' on your post and ask the moderators to remove it at your own request. You could then post it again as you wanted it to read, but the choice will depend on the thread, and how it would be best managed.

HotCopper has NO pop ups, they are in your browser settings, and can be turned off.
We believe you've likely got a trojan virus, and need to run adware to clean it.

Can't see any (or many) posts in post lists
It sounds like you might have the favourites filter on and either you have no favourite stocks set or there are no posts for your favourite stocks in those forums.
To turn the favourite stocks filter on or off, go to the "Filter" drop-down list above the list of posts (or empty list) and select "Favourites" to show only favourite stocks or "None" to have no filter and show all stocks.
To add favourites, go to a post that is relevant to the favourite stock or posted by the favourite user that you would like to add. In single post view you should see "Add Stock to Favourites" and "Add User to Favourites" on the bottom of the post - click on the relevant link and the stock or user will be added to your favourites.
In thread view you can select from the "post options" drop-down to add a user or stock to your favourites list. You can also add users to favourites from that user's profile page. Favourites can be removed by going to "My Favourites" from the "My Account" menu and clicking delete next to the favourite you want to remove.
You'll also find account preferences in your "My Accounts" section where you may have switched off the view of some forums.
