    Hi Spyglass,

a while back I looked into which cosmetic companies might be interested in NV-07a and what kind of $$ they would be willing to pay.

Most of them are demanding new compounds with novel patented modes of action. These included a "visual effect" which NV-07a does i.e. accelerates the healing of sunburn.

Looking at the amount of R&D dollars spent by large cosmetic companies and what they find for these dollars it's easy to see just how valuable NV-07a is. Also looking at other skin creams which are plain old anti-oxidents with a strong marketing campaign getting >$100m first year sales it's also not hard seeing NV-07a worth more than the current share price to NRT.

It's impossible to guess the value of NV-07a till we see a deal signed and at least one or two years of sales. But it's easy to see the potential looking at the growing demand by consumers for such compounds and the strong desire by cosmetic companies to find an edge on compeditors.

I believe Novogen stated at their last AGM that no further trials are needed for NV-07a as they proved the modes of action to themselves. However in signing a commercial deal it's quite likely that cosmetic companies carry out their own due dilligence on such compounds i.e. prove to themselves the cream does what novogen claim it can do. I believe this is what is holding up any signing of a deal as one or more companies might have to complete this process. Novogen have stated NV-07a is ready for commercialisation and hence I suspect this is where they are up too. Time frames are hard to guess but noting that Novogen completed their testing fairly quickly I think any due dilligence will be completed in the coming months (if in fact they're underway... Novogen have not stated anything in this regard). By year end we should certainly see developments with commercialisation of NV-07a including NRT getting ready for mass production.

I hope this helps but please note that a lot of my comments are speculation and stated as "estimates" of such processes as due dilligence and the like. Please don't depend on them and do your own research but personally I'm very confident NRT is on the right track. I certainly expect to make alot of $$ from NRT this year.

    Cheers,
    Munch.
