For the past few weeks Anna Bligh has tried to divert attention away from CSG by a full blown attack on a much cleaner and efficient rival, UCG. Going as far as shutting a trial down and now saying no more new UCG players allowed. WE know and mark my words SHE knows that CSG is a risk to the local land whereas UCG, good UCG technology such as CXY, and others, is not harmful to the environment. This is more so about protecting state export revenue than anything else. UCG will benefit the people through cheaper energy, whereas CSG will only line the coffers of the government.

Facts are evident now, the Bligh government doesn't give a hoot about the environment, or the people for that matter.

Well I think this will backfire on these muppets, they've now set a precedent of 0.7 ppb of benzene in an onsite bore leads to shutdown. Anything less should pave the way for a damages claim by CXY and a class action by the shareholders against the QLD state government.
