    I for one think that CXY may have no choice but to take the legal route. Not ideal but CXY may not have any choice. Having spoken to Brad Glynne early last week he indicated that CXY where currently in discussions with the legal fraternity to see what there options may be. With CXY laying off most of their staff on Friday I think legal action may come sooner rather than later.
