It could also be a tactic by Bennett, to try and force the governments hand regarding the 'ban'? They did agree to the termination. Probably just have to wait and see whether we see Bennett relodge a new application, or.... exit the Canning. Would be a great shame, as I would love to see just what the Laurel play can do.
