to answer your question; indicative price shows exactly what SP the stock would open at if market opened at the time you looked. it's an exercise in matchmaking between buyers and sellers similar to what would otherwise happen on open. This means the buyers are filling all sell orders up to 0.25. The surplus refers to whether at 0.25 there are more buyers or sellers left over. positive means buyers outweigh sellers at that point (I.e. 1.8m shares on order at 0.25 after the matchmaking exercise, or -1.8m shares would be sellers outweighing buyers at that point).
