More than 90% is held by institutional types. no doubt there will be many new traders would have got on in the recent drop and all the commotions in the market. The first move up is always hard. Those who have bigger interests in here would hold it down for as long so traders will move on. Patience will pay off. This has to get off this price level sooner than later.
