I well remember when MPL was floated and a poster compared MPL to CSL not that it would reach the hights of CSL but the fact that once it was cast off from govt management and private enterprise exs were running the company ( and there were no political constraints ) that there was plenty of blue sky ahead , just as there has been with CSL !
