I agree Duke. But it appears to me that some sole stranger is just bidding it up. Volume is the key which it wasn't there. Not to be negative, but last time we saw this was just before the vend in where they bid it up from low 2s to 3c only to do cap raising at 2.5c. Not saying a CR is on the cards here (as they should have plenty) but maybe they need more $$ with their plans and hence why they're delaying their road show. I got no idea but seems very strange.
