The U price / futures have come down to ~ $35 from $40's I think recently. Market is down. Bit of a scandal with the NGOs. But PDN is holding / up. A bit strange.
Shorters covering still? Accumulation by someone interested in PDN? General accumulation with more interest following big guys in per http://hotcopper.com.au/posts/14522083/single or big guys accumulating more thinking it's cheap? Or people playing with the price still?
