however, its doing so on very small volumes, so its hard to read too much into it, other than to say that like most of us, the sellers have lost patience (not surprising, its been a long wait!) and are shifting into other oilers and miners that are moving, because by being locked into neo you are missing out on all the other big shifters... rmi, kar...
