I see what you mean Farsight. However, the reason the reserve Bank must raise rates is because of our strong economy. We have record car sales, record mobile phone sales, record new construction approvals, low unemployment etc.
This all seems to me that Australia is in a major boom and most leading economists are saying the same thing. So, as far as I am concerned whay are we talking about disconnect. In fact if a disconnect should occur, it should be to the upside not down.
