    l wonder what sort of an increase FYI would need in their estimated CAPEX to secure that sort of assurance?
    They could go from Hero to Zero pretty quickly once reality sets in.......especially if they can’t fix the problem they have with not being able to produce consistent 4N grade HPA from their pilot plant........
