ahhh good... the microphone works!
all I need now is to think of something to say!
however that may be a problem, because I don't know if a mere minnow like I can humanly hope to churn through the reams of paperwork (that have been generated for this CQT/CAH/NCM deal) in time to form an informed opinion so I can cast my vote in an appropriate manner...
the 124 pages in the Transaction Implementation Deed alone is a lot of reading for anyone at the best of time, let alone the average sort of hapless misinformed CQT investor!
however, I will endeavour to read, and comprehend all of the definitions, interpretations, agreements, conditions precedent, pre-implementation steps, transaction steps, obligations, recommendations, remedies, representations and warranties, as well as trying to understand matters pertaining to the releases, exclusivity, standstill, reimbursement, termination, duty, costs and expenses.
surely that is an imperative task to form an independent view?
