Can anyone explain how the "hydraulic energy module" will work?
My understanding is that they'll be using it to predict energy output. How? Will the test provide an accurate indication of energy output from the onshore generators?
Why a heat exchanger to dissipate energy? (how will heat be generated?).
Why haven't they installed piping to shore? Surely this should form part of the initial testing program. Is this part of the next phase?
