The problem I feel that even if the TO is at a laughable price - the blood is in the water at that stage and bigger predators will come circling...

I feel NWE is just one of those minnow fish that clean the big sharks of all those microbes - yet you wonder just how long it'll take for that shark to realize it wants a snack...

I think if AWE make a move - Bharat will counter - but that'll be the limit of the bidders - AT THIS TIME.

IF flow results make it to market - that's good news for NWE and BAD news for AWE/Bharat - it'll substantially derisk NWE and make it a more palatable target for other players with a far lower risk tolerance.

Still - it's all fun and games till there's some runs on the board.
