Thanks for reporting on the situation.
It is good to hear that BJ is still on speaking terms with Xstrata, and they have sent help.
The excessive gold under-recovery from the CIL process is a bit astounding to me because I am pretty sure it has been going on for at least 4-5 months and they have not resolved it.
