Yes. At market. Although there appear to only be now 3M shares looking to be bought and supposedly 9M shares looking to be sold (though most of those are far from the current trading price) there are actually significant buyers sitting around to take advantage of any perceived weakness and will attempt to grab large portions whilst seeking to continue to perpetuate the perception of a weak stock
