Just flicking through the announcement of the $100 million bond issue this came to my attention.

Paladin has the right to redeem all of the outstanding Convertible Bonds at their principal amount plus accrued interest including, on or after 31 March 2018, if the Paladin share price, translated into US dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, exceeds for a specified period of time 130% of the then prevailing conversion price.

So if as expected PDN is $4 or $5 in 3 years time we can redeem the bonds without dilution. Excellent work by John and the team. Management have been super proactive to secure the company's future despite the plunging U price of the past few years. Its now reward time and I have no doubt we will lead all comers in the upcoming Nuclear and Uranium boom.
