The uranium price has been steady whilst PDN has retraced from it's attempt at cracking into mid 40s. And there's been nothing to change the current plan for Japanese restarts in May / June.
It's the recent shorting activity that has been putting downward pressure on it: http://www.shortman.com.au/stock?q=pdn. Over 5m shorted yesterday!
That's fine because it gives me the chance to keep topping up (over 2.5 m held now). The company's debt is under control and I believe they will be profitable soon, which will be a milestone in the history of this mining company.
