    Yes....l am sure pricing will always be dictated by quantity and quality of graphite needs, supply and demand forces to an extent, however, the Chinese will never be left 'up the creek without a graphite paddle' if they need it that's for certain, and very good at 'positioning' themselves in the market. As with iron ore ($150/tonne to $60), and more recently the lobster industry$70+/kg to $50), they seem to find a way to 'influence' the price of commodities they need due the sheer volume they buy as a 'collective' ....or, in my old school speak...a kartel. When iron ore was $150/tonne they bought 250 mill tonnes/yr from north WA....since the mining boom ended, 'apparently' because China was in 'econmic downturn', they now import about 850 mill tonnes/yr @ about $60/tonne...it will be very interesting times imo...
