The results of testing, as they stated at the beginning of the testing program will take about 2 months but the good news is that they have started:

Firstly THE LOWER HOSSTON.

the JVP's have gone to the bottom of the well, as they always said, and they perforated there, no flow.. as expected.. but if they did get something they were obviously going to have a look at it.

so complete closure on the lower, and no doubt at all about the samples and wirelines being 100% as predicted.

Next the UPPER HOSSTON

there is 29 odd meters of play as reported in the UPPER HOSSTON, and thats what they perforate frac and then flow test.


Nothing has changed, there is no dissappointing news, no dry well, they have simply gone to the bottom of the well, perforated and checked just to be sure.

Anyone selling ADI (ARC) today on the basis of ADI/Sugarloaf must be absolutely certain they are reading the reports in the right way.


if anything its saying what they already knew has been confirmed, it gives me more confidence they are doing the well in the correct fashion, from the bottom up, checking and rechecking, and making certain nothing was missed.. you only get one good shot at testing, so do it right..
