The only thing propping this share price up is the old issue price of $1.40........Those that are advocating the "Dont Panic" and "Dont Sell" are doing so because they might have a vested interest. Whenever I see directors selling shares I become a seller.History has proven it is the best option. The company is not flush with dough and will need to raise some more capitol. That is usually a 60 day or more process .The fact is this is just another Pump and Dump story.
