I'm talking about proposed deadlines made by the company within ASX anns which are not subsequently being met.
That particular 2/12/09 SPV agreement you are referring to was pushed through quickly only because investment still needs to be sought for the commencement of a FFS. Of which, the company proposes will be completed sometime in Q4 2010. If this milestone is actually met then you can get back to me and make a point.
These constant delays are costing shareholders a lot of money. And anyone that thinks that the company doesn't require much cash to operate day to day needs to have a rethink.
Small shareholders will have the rug pulled from under them once again if the company through delays is forced to go to market again cap in hand.
Also what will the brothers do after April 9th? Resume their selling of 47 million shares? I hope Kos is having a word with them now.
Some real traction is needed right now.
