    1 - MCR have around 11 million options, at around 60C a share worth 6 million cash to them $1,00 a share 11 million, something like that, from memory, could be a bit out.

    2 - The CEO of TYC is the CEO for MCR, would be better for MCR if he was 100% FOCUSED on Mincor and finding some gold as well.
