Hi Tricha,

This deal is probably the best outcome for Tethyan otherwise it would not have last much longer as a company.

We need more detail but imho not much will change for now except that there should be more cash available to move the tanjeel project forwards.

Any postive developments would ofcourse benefit the share and option holders like Mincor but I do not see a direct cash flow going MCR way as yet because of this deal.

In the meantime I am glad that Tethyan is going to survive and with BHP out of the picture? it can stand on its own feet and reap all the potential benefits from future exploration.

I sold my Tethyan some time ago but still keep an eye on them.
