Heremes,
I look at it from time to time.
Some investors don't like the political situation there.
It is important not only to produce copper and gold but also not to have it stolen on its way to refineries.

Gerry, the TYC story almost sounds believable , buuuuut....
The Chinese smelter down the road is a waste of space-to even consider treating TYC ore once developed its capacity its capacity would have to be increased 7-10 fold.
There are significant water problems.
There is a nation of aggressive, corrupt towel heads who own the land.
It is apparently close to one of the major heroin trading routes from Afghanistan-cash crops take precedence!
Makes IVN's financing of Mongolia/Turquoise Hill look like a stroll in the park!
There are a number of 'safer' copper stocks to invest in.
Cheers,TAS
(I was in this region pre 9/11 visiting other mineral properties-this place really sucks!)

If everything was up to scratch, the share price would be much higher than 37 cents!
So, the difference between what it should be and is can be attributed to risk, the waiting for the BFS study and perhaps some other factors.
It is possible that all this is overdone of course but Investors prefer safer stocks. In the meantime, the price could well be close to the bottom.
