tets technology

Came across some info last night, which solves a question for me............The Patent which was granted in Australia by the TGA was different from the Patent granted by the FDA.............I presumed it was the same Application which followed through to the FDA. But I came across a separate application, dated 21st June, 2007 with the Tets technology on it, so the Patent for the Tets has not been granted in the US yet.

What has happened to the start of the DT Trial????????? very SLOW.?
