    Iam not a big player but I had bad stock I needed to cut my loses and QPNO was a good fit. I have just over 4 million in QPN since July 2012 and I have been told that this is a good thing buy other investors here in WA.

    Like I said not a big investor and not a smart ass, just post what I have heard or think.
