Bennelong, I sent an e-mail to Mike Schuster, a couple of days ago with a few questions which were unanswered by SI and received no reply and was intending to send a similar one to J Meldrum but will not as you already have.
I believe they are not in a position to leak any information except through the ASX,NASDAQ channels.
At this stage all any one can do is to speculate and this is not making anyone the wiser.
I have to take the word of SI as gospel truth as this was made public.
Teva has pulled out and they are looking for another partner. I am sure that Teva's intentions were know long before and discussions were being held with other parties.
The CHF trial will continue until completion and they have the line of credit to utilise. The details of this source of funding is not clear and as SI did say it is not dilutive. Could he be pledging his shares to fund the completion we do not know.
So lets sit back and wait for official communiques and not have wars with others which only leads to animosity.
