What due diligence did Cephalon/teva do before throwing cash around? And tell me why you think a new partner would need to see some sort of results before funding the CHF trial but Cephalon/Teva did not.
And of course an ATM dilutes the value of the shares but it is done incrementally to not make a huge sudden impact on the market, so while the company progresses towards product approval, new equity is incrementally issued. But you clearly know more about this than me so tell me where I'm wrong.
