yes it will be great having a $42b daddy.
if the trials go well and everything goes accordingy to plan, they may attempt to mop up the remaining 80% - if not at least they are committed to stem cells and the relationship with mesoblast is in tact.
lets see if any other big pharma is interested in cephalon - or why not go straight for mesoblast if that is the big potential.
