Teva expressly mentioned MSB as one of the attractions in the stable for taking over Cephalon. I can't put my hands on exactly where this was said, but I clocked it at the time. It wasn't said before the takeover but well after it. the context is that Teva has aging patents, about to expire and was looking at revamping the stable.
IMO They are just putting a ruler over their entire program and that is not uncommon.
