With the mess that Teva are in it becomes more plausible they had to let go of MSB last year. They were in hock up to their eyeballs to do the acquisition deal they did and couldn't fund further development costs with MSB which is/was still a spec science etc. Time will tell, soon.
I haven't fully researched their dilemma of recent, so correct me if i'm wrong.
