Tevet is in the middle of a fishing field which is Mauritanias second biggest source of income after iron ore. If WPL caused a major oil leak it would be a PR disaster and put a lot of angry fisherman on the streets of Nouakchott. This will be an ongoing concern during drilling and future production.
