    I'm new to TEX, but have recently added it to my portfolio.
    Can someone provide why this stock sp has dived from a high of $0.35 to less then $0.03?

    DO they have cash on hand?
    Do they have any debt?
    Are they well postioned for growth?
    EPS, PE. any other information will be greatful.
