I think you could be right on the mark there willeydel.

They could ANN a JV any time soon if the negotiations are as advanced as they say they are.
All it takes is for the proposed JV partner to wake up one morning and say - YEP, we're in - Where do we sign? and then it's all systems go as SG will move extremely quickly from that point as I still believe he's commited to getting the oppies over the line which could still be achieved if it happens in the next few weeks IMO.

Oh boy, I wish I could change my sentiment to BUY but I'm all cashed up now.....no more $$$ to spare.
