Re the announcement on 13 Feb, within the next month or two is close as per below.
Texas – ......... Eden has been working for over three months with a significant Texas precast manufacturer and a submission for approval of an EdenCrete® enhanced concrete mix by this manufacturer for precast bridge beam applications is anticipated will be considered within the next month or two.
I'll step out and suggest it may be a precaster called Tricon Precast, headquartered in Houston. http://www.triconprecast.com/
Also of note but probably no relevance is that US Concrete's Vice President and CFO has resigned effective 1 July. Personal reasons apparently. Headquartered also in Houston.
